Quilting, Blacksmithing & Tunes in Cades Cove

Cades Cove is one of the most visited areas in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Visitors are able to explore historic cabins, churches and a grist mill; spot white-tailed deer, turkeys and black bears; enjoy gorgeous mountain scenery or take a leisurely bicycle ride around the loop road.
Watch and learn the techniques of quilting and blacksmithing and why they were important in the Cades Cove community. The group Tymes Past presents music gleamed from the old world and altered to a unique lifestyle in the Appalachians. Programs are on-going throughout the day. Join at any time.
