The Biscuit Big Top Tent is the place to be for those who enjoy cooking demonstrations and cooking competitions. Events will be held there from noon-4:30 p.m. Sponsored by Southern Biscuit Flour, the demonstrators include Lisa Donovan, pastry chef for Husk, Nashville, cookbook authors Belinda Ellis and Regina Charboneau, and last year’s grand prize winner, Christopher Lowe, general manager of the Martha Washington Inn.
